The different Flying Blue levels
How do XP work?
You gain XP on all eligible flights with Air France, KLM and SkyTeam partners. The number of XP you gain depends on your travel cabin and the flight type.
How can you maintain or upgrade your Flying Blue status?
You have 12 months to gain enough XP to increase your level. After those 12 months (which begin as soon as you earn your first Miles or gain your first XP after joining the Flying Blue program) your Miles & XP counter starts back at zero.
- Gain 100 XP to advance to Silver. We'll subtract the 100 XP from your XP counter and you’ll keep the rest. This will give you a head start towards becoming Gold or maintaining your Silver status.
