As of 01 April 2022, the Vaccinated Travel Lanes will be discontinued in Singapore and will be replaced by the Vaccinated Travel Framework. From this date, all flights will no longer be designated as Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) flights from Paris to Singapore. Under the Vaccinated Travel Framework, fully vaccinated passengers can enjoy quarantine-free entry into Singapore without the need for any on-arrival test. A pre-departure test within two days of flight departure is required. Non-fully vaccinated passengers are subject to prevailing quarantine and testing requirements.
